MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE

We pride ourselves on the availability and accessibility of our management team! We are here to ensure your Connect on University experience is as wonderful as possible, with friendly team members ready to assist!

At Connect on University, we have an on-site maintenance team ready to assist Monday through Saturday, and on call for emergencies! Submit a maintenance request through the online portal or get in contact with the office if you have questions about your request.

Our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're enjoying life in Mesa! You do not need to be present for your maintenance request to be addressed, but if you would prefer to be there, you're more than welcome.

To get assistance as quickly as possible, place a work order through the online portal or contact our team of management professionals.

If you find yourself locked out during business hours, stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online! If you are locked out after hours, please contact a locksmith if necessary.

ADMINISTRATIVE & LEASING

Our Connect on University team aims to approve all applications within two hours. If you have questions about the status of your application, please contact our leasing team!

At Connect on University, paying rent is made easy. You can choose to make your payments online with a bank account, debit, or credit card, or our office team is able to accept personal checks or certified funds!

At Connect on University, all residents are required to have renter's insurance. Please contact our leasing team to discuss the renter's insurance policy in more depth.

For internet and cable, you can use Cox Communications, keeping in mind that Connect on University property offers high-speed internet! 

If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options with a lease termination fee! When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes.

For any questions about setting up your utilities, please contact your Connect on University leasing team!

At Connect on University, residents are responsible for paying all utilities. You are able to pay your monthly utility bill through our online portal for added convenience!

When reviewing an application to rent at Connect on University, we conduct a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about our application process, please contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.

Applicants must have verifiable income equal or greater to 2.5 times (gross) the market rent. Guarantors must have original, verifiable income equal to or greater than 4 times (gross market rent).

Past rental qualification is at least 1 of year or 12 months of verifiable 3rd party or mortgage payment history.

We verify income in our office. To find out which documents you’ll need, please speak with someone from the Connect on University team.

Our system generates a risk vs credit score. Bankruptcies, judgments, and balance(s) owed to other management may cause an applicant to be denied.

We accept both appointments and walk-ins. In order to get the full experience of these beautiful Connect on University apartments, schedule a tour to prevent any wait time and to ensure you can ask all the questions about your new home.

Connect on University offers unrenovated, renovated, and upgraded units, ready to provide your next new home! We make sure everything is cleaned and serviced so when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.

Our community is located in the heart of Mesa, and due to the urban environment, noise levels are expected to be moderate.

Local shopping, dining, and entertainment surrounds the community, located just minutes away from the heart of Mesa.

We want our residents to make their space just like home. We ask upon move out that the unit is returned to exactly as it was upon move-in to prevent any fees.

At our apartments in Mesa residents will be responsible for paying monthly fees like utilities and pest control. Please contact a Connect on University team member for details.

Connect on University does not allow unattended guests or listing apartment homes for booking on Airbnb, VRBO, etc.

We want Connect on University to be as peaceful for all our residents as possible! Building quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. All of our community spaces are ready for your enjoyment.
