Comments: Two pets are allowed per apartment home. Breed restrictions do apply. We collect a pet deposit of $150 per pet. A pet fee of $150 per pet and a monthly Pet rent is $25 per pet.

Restrictions: The breed restrictions include: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shephard, American Staffordshire Terrier, and any mixes that include one of these breeds.
